Education

Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Defense / Ex- Defense will get high preference.

Experience

Education may be relaxed for highly qualified persons.

Retired Sargent, Senior Warrant Officer/ Warrant officers are highly recommend to apply.

Licenses or Certificates of CPR, First Aid Certificate and Fire Warden License will be an added advantage.

Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be having good computer knowledge in all programs as required in the workplace.

Responsibilities & Context

To direct and co-ordinate the overall activities of the Security Department.

To guarantee the safety of all the members, guests, employees and Building property.

Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, Security policies of the overall building.

Directs and controls all subordinate to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time.

Performs special duties as required or designated by the Building Management.

To handle and resolve all members/guests queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all members/guests of the Building.

Knowledge of operating CCTV systems and fire response procedures is a must.

Any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job and as assigned by the management
