Education
- Graduation in B.Sc Engineering in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics from any UGC Approved University (preferably BUET) with no third (3) class/division or equivalent in any level of academic career.
Experience

- Applicants must have MS Office literacy
- Minimum fifteen (15) years’ experience in building maintenance or a similar role. Hands-on experience with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
