- The applicant should have experience in the following Areas
- Experience in all types of maintenance & supervision works of a multi-storied building.
- Have experience of all types of cleaning works of a multi-storied building.
- Knowledge about water, electric line and Bill Collection of a multi-storied building.
- Experience to operate lift.
