Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, EEE/ETE, or a related field.
Experience
3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Additional Requirements
Age At most 35 years
Minimum 5 years of mobile application development experience.
At least 3 years of strong hands-on experience with React Native.
Strong proficiency in React Native CLI or Expo.
Solid understanding of React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and state management.
Experience with API integration, JWT-based authentication, and push notifications using JS libraries.
Good understanding of mobile UI/UX, rendering performance, and cross-platform design.
Experience deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Experience or familiarity with Flutter will be considered an added advantage.
Proficiency with debugging tools such as Flipper, React Native Debugger, or Chrome DevTools.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities & Context
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (Android & iOS).
Integrate RESTful APIs, authentication flows, and third-party libraries.
Optimize mobile application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
Build cross-platform applications using React Native, or Flutter.
Integrate applications with REST APIs and third-party libraries.
Optimize app performance and ensure smooth user experiences.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging across multiple platforms.
Maintain version control using Git/GitHub and write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure stable and high-performing releases.
Manage app deployment and updates on Google Play and App Store.

Salary during probationary period: ৳55,000 – ৳75,000 (based on experience and expertise).
After successful completion of probation: As per BURO Bangladesh policy.
Three (03) Festival Bonuses per year, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and other admissible benefits as per organizational policies.
