Responsibilities & Context
- Identify and address issues that may arise in day-to-day operations, collaborating with the management team to find effective solutions
- Collaborate with different department to understand their business objectives and gather requirements for business or enhancements to existing systems
- Analyze, document and update current business policy, processes and workflows
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decision-making for
- Facilitate change management by assessing the impact of changes on business processes
- Examine data to find patterns, trends, and insights related to finance, profit, sales, and manufacturing that can help with business decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations for management
- Ensuring the execution of all tasks assigned by management and give timely feedback to management
