Requirements

Education

• B.Sc. in EEE/Mechanical/IPE Engineering or BBA/MBA from any reputed university

Experience

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), Software Company, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities & Context

• Identify and address issues that may arise in day-to-day operations, collaborating with the management team to find effective solutions
• Collaborate with different department to understand their business objectives and gather requirements for business or enhancements to existing systems
• Analyze, document and update current business policy, processes and workflows
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decision-making for
• Facilitate change management by assessing the impact of changes on business processes
• Examine data to find patterns, trends, and insights related to finance, profit, sales, and manufacturing that can help with business decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations for management
• Ensuring the execution of all tasks assigned by management and give timely feedback to management
