Job Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify business transformation opportunities.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities using data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance current business processes.
Perform a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to assess the organization’s positioning and potential areas for improvement.

Strategy Development:

Develop research-based strategies to enhance the process of business operations, improve efficiency, and drive innovation, all while aligning with the company’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
Formulate guidelines and provide actionable recommendations that foster business growth and support the organization’s long-term goals.
Evaluate potential partnerships, mergers, or acquisitions that could align with strategic growth objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
