Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct business process analysis and consultation to understand the organization’s requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements
- Elicit and document business requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to identify key business needs and opportunities for improvement
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, process flows, and other documentation for the development team
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that business requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented
- Identify areas where software solutions can enhance efficiency and productivity
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and the development team throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current state and desired future state processes
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed changes and initiatives
- Assist in the development of test plans and test cases to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements
- Coordinate with Project Manager, internal & external stakeholders regarding all development and change management
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to business stakeholders and end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements as needed
- Assist during the testing phase of new developments and implement them in the live system
- Assist in evaluating and recommending changes to current and future system requirements to meet organizational needs
- Assist teams during their engagement activities on new transactions, guiding them to prepare focused request lists and agendas, facilitating on-site reviews, and providing guidance over deliverables
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis
- Conduct and coordinate the training activities for new applications
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
