Responsibilities & Context

Responsibility :

• Analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities.

• Assist with drafting key investment documents: Placement Memorandum,

Information Memorandum, and Investment Management Agreements.

• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on investment trends.

• Develop and implement strategies for our Alternative Investment Funds.

• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial data and

company potential.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for finance and alternative investments.

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA) in Finance (preferred), Economics, or Accounting (preferred).

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within an Alternative Investment Fund Management firm, Merchant Bank, or Investment institution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex financial data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and

concise reporting and presentations.

• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis techniques.

• Familiarity with business process modeling methodologies is a plus.

• Possession of a relevant professional qualification, at any level (CFA, ACCA,

CMA, CA) is a strong advantage.
