Responsibilities & Context
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including providers, payers, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions and improve patient outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the system.
- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and solutions.
- Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions.
