Collaborate with stakeholders, including providers, payers, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions and improve patient outcomes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the system.
Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and solutions.
Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions.
