Responsibilities & Context

Business Development & Strategy

• Take full ownership of G.O International’s new products sales and brand presence in the market.
• Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships (including distributors, retail, and e-commerce).
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure execution.

  Sales Generation & Distributor Management

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and business clients.
• Confirm sales orders, follow up on payments, and ensure proper delivery coordination.
• Lead B2B and B2C selling efforts via digital and offline platforms.

  Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Direct and develop online content.
• Oversee the management of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Plan and approve engaging content that aligns with brand and sales goals.
• Supervise basic graphic/video content creation using tools like Adobe cloud software, Canva or CapCut.
• Run paid promotions and track digital campaign performance.

  New Project Execution

• Initiate and manage small business projects or campaigns to test new sales ideas or product opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and suppliers when needed.
• Provide regular performance reports and improvement plans to management.
