Responsibilities & Context

Business Development & Sales:

·     Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

·     Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and NGOs.

·     Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

·     Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

·     Identify and pursue new market segments and opportunities for business expansion.

Market Research & Analysis:

·     Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential market opportunities.

·     Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new product/service offerings.

·     Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the firm’s target market and its needs.

Client Relationship Management:

·     Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.

·     Proactively address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.

·     Gather client feedback and use it to improve product/service offerings and business processes.

Marketing & Communication:

·     Represent the firm at events, conferences, and trade shows.·     Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

·     Manage the company’s online presence through social media and other digital channels.

Reporting & Analysis:

·     Track and report on sales activities, progress towards sales targets, and key performance indicators.

Prepare regular reports on market trends, competitive landscape, and business development activities.
