eSmart.com.bd, a leading B2B eCommerce platform in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant eCommerce sector, drive growth, and build lasting vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Vendor Management:

• Handle all inbound calls from customers and vendors, ensuring exceptional service.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build strong vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms and pricing to enhance product offerings.

Proactive Business Development:

• Conduct market research to source innovative products aligned with business objectives.
• Onboard new vendors and maintain strong partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to drive growth.

CRM & Communication:

• Maintain accurate and updated customer and vendor data in the CRM system.
• Initiate outbound calls to assist customers in finding desired products and providing purchasing support.
• Respond to customer emails and messages with professionalism and accuracy.

Marketing Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Leverage data insights to identify target audiences and enhance customer engagement.

Industry Awareness:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
