Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic partnerships and student recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and international institutions.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner organizations.
Meet monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to enhance outreach and conversion.
Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and strategic planning.
