Responsibilities & Context

A prominent RMG Accessories manufacturer from Dhaka, namely Trims Bangladesh, is looking for a skilled, energetic, and enthusiastic person to appoint as their Business Development Executive. This role player will be an important mediator between the respected buyer and the company, so this is a crucial role to play. If you think you are the most eligible, then please read the below job responsibility carefully.

  • Ensure no phone calls or emails go unanswered; it is mandatory to respond back.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including buyers and suppliers.
  • Be highly responsive; promptly respond to all phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from buyers and the company.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Oversee the entire sample development process, from receiving instructions to delivering flawless samples within the given timeline.
  • Have a thorough understanding of dyeing processes; manage thread receipts from dyeing as per the buyer’s instructions.
  • Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to update orders and quantities, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain customer-wise order management files.
  • Be proficient in modern computer work, including Google G Suite, email communication, and related tasks.
  • Maintain honesty and show a willingness to take on challenges, learn sincerely, and implement tasks properly even in adverse environments.
  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Fulfill any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in meeting organizational needs.
