Education

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Retail Store, Garments, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Boutique/ Fashion, E-commerce, Shop/Showroom, E-commerce Startup, Online Retail Startup, F-commerce
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 30 years

• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Should have fluent English writing and speaking skills.
• Good at computer MS office & Typing skills.
• Photography, Photo Editing and Graphic Design Knowledge will add additional values.

Pavilion Lifestyle Limited (Clothing Brand) requires some male and female people for e-Commerce who are willing to multitask and learn. Of course, only those who have marketing and hard work mentality should send CV.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Presentation skills should be top-notch.
• Participant to Develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
• Must be proficient in marketing on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media And generate sales by convincing customers online.
• Manage Social media Pages and regular posting on Social Media and Customer quarry replay.
• Uploading product on our own e-commerce platform and third party Online marketplace.
• Maintaining continuous follows ups with all the customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Gathering information about current market values and user experiences.
• Managing product strategy, making short and long-range planning for the business, and optimizing operational execution.
• Solve multiple issues under supervision in terms of product development.
• Manage and implement media-based communication plans for brand building, and corporate promotions.
• Create engaging content for live streams and Host live sessions on social media platforms. Stay updated on live streaming trends.
• Must be self-motivated and have the attitude to do any work assigned by management.
