Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Human Resources from a reputed university in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context
Engage with various Saudi offices and meet decision-makers to promote Amco Enterprise’s staffing solutions.
Present workforce solutions, highlighting our ability to fulfil their staffing requirements with highly skilled candidates from Bangladesh.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs, and provide tailored workforce solutions.
Utilize social media (especially LinkedIn) and email for professional outreach, maintaining a positive brand presence.
Conduct market research to identify potential client companies and sectors for workforce placements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of newly acquired clients.
Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand Amco Enterprise’s visibility and connections in the Saudi market.
