Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Master of Business Management (MBM)

Experience

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Training Institutes, IT Enabled Service, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Responsibilities & Context

• Planned and executed workshops, seminars, and training programs in collaboration with educational institutes.
• Identify opportunities to expand eShikhon’s reach across Bangladesh by researching new markets and clients.
• Onboard new Agent Centers, Affiliate Partners, and Campus Ambassadors.
• Collaborate with Agent Centers to achieve sales and marketing targets.
• Recruit and train Affiliate Partners and Campus Ambassadors to promote eShikhonservices effectively.
• Expand and manage the Campus Ambassador program in educational institutions.
• Build strong relationships with educational institutions, Agent Centers, and corporate clients.
• Represent eShikhon at recruitment fairs and other corporate events.
• Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and Digital Creators to create engaging content that promotes eShikhon’s services and brand.
• Regularly search for successful students to research and document their journey to success, including challenges, milestones, and outcomes.
