Responsibilities & Context
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
- Manage and guide the Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals
- Set clear targets for the sales team and ensure they meet them
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Create and execute sales and marketing plans for business growth
- Monitor market trends and suggest improvements for product offerings
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis
