Requirements
Education
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- No 3rd Division/Class in academic records.
- GPA and CGPA 2.25 or above.
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 32 years
- 1-2 years experience of working in rural area on Agent Banking, Retail & SME Banking is preferable.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as a part of team
- Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer value.
Employment Status:
- Contractual candidates will be confirmed to permanent position based on educational qualification and satisfactory performance after 03 (three) years as Trainee Assistant Officer Gr.-II or Trainee Assistant Officer (Cash).
