- Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern development tools (Webpack, Babel).

Job Responsibilities:
As a Business Development & Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Client Acquisition: Utilize the company’s brand, expertise, and team capabilities to secure local and international clients.
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify business opportunities, pitch services to potential clients, and convert leads into contracts.
Project Coordination: Oversee software development projects, ensuring smooth workflow, timely delivery, and quality assurance.
Team Management: Effectively manage the offshore development team, aligning tasks to their expertise and ensuring productivity.
Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in business development, IT sales, or project management in the tech industry.
