Responsibilities & Context
Global Citizen is one of the leading IELTS Exam Center authorized by BRITISH Council & international Student Recruitment & Migration Solutions Institute.
We are now looking for Experienced Study Abroad Counsellors for Australia, USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Japan, Korea and etc. – to join our Global Citizen team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide counselling to prospective students seeking international study options.
- Guide students through the visa application requirements and procedures for various key study abroad destinations.
- Participate in promotional activities including exhibitions/road shows, school visits & seminars.
- Prepare student’s files for admission & visa process.
- Achieve periodic KPIs and placement targets.
- Provide support to STUDY INTERNATIONAL university and client representatives.
- Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
- Train, oversee, and guide junior counsellors.
- Excellent knowledge about foreign University’s admission.
