Education in Tourism & Hospitality Management will be considered an advantage.
Experience : Have 5-6 year experience in the following business area(s):Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing/ Hotels management/sales.
Good knowledge about corporate sales, corporate visit.
Good Knowledge of Reservation and Air Ticketing Sector-Keeping updated knowledge of the Airline’s Promotional offers.
Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.·
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge in computer operation, Customer Service, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), English, Accounting, Google Sheets, Internet browsing.

Making the Reservation of Air tickets, Hotels, Tours, Activities, Transfers, and other relevant services.
Have proper knowledge about GDS Sabre, Amadeus & Galileo (Training provided)-Coordinate with Customers, suppliers, Airlines & other relevant parties.
Have ability to work for corporate sales, corporate visit.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person.
Assist customers with bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Should be Familiar with Issue, Re-Issue, Re-Validation, Refund.
Organize travels from beginning to end.
Follow up with clients for feedback and post-sale support.
Provide up-to-date travel-related information to the customer.
Maintain high professional standards of communications, dealings with customers & suppliers.
Have an active role in promoting the business through social media and other platforms.
Create travel itinerary with flights & tour package items given.
Respond to client query via online & offline channels.
Describing the package tour, sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.
Any other task assigned by the management.
