Responsibilities & Context

As the Business Development General Manager at Gold’s Gym Bangladesh, you will lead the strategic expansion and growth initiatives for our fitness brand. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and implementing strategies to drive revenue and market share.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development plans aligned with the company’s objectives to expand Gold’s Gym Bangladesh’s presence in the market.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, franchise agreements, and strategic alliances.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and industry influencers.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation, deal structuring, and contract management to maximize profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the business development team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, analyzing key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
