Requirements

Education

• North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference

Additional Requirements

• Age 18 to 25 years

• Excellent spoken and written English fluency
• Confident, articulate, and eager to learn communication-based roles
• A current university student (2nd/3rd/final year only)
• Comfortable working night shifts on-site in Bashundhara R/A
• No prior experience needed—but confidence is!

Responsibilities & Context

• Make outbound calls to international prospects (focus on North America)
• Set appointments with qualified leads, using structured outreach flows
• Assist in researching potential clients and managing prospect lists
• Maintain CRM data and follow up with leads as required
• Learn how to qualify leads, handle objections, and communicate value clearly
• Coordinate with our team to optimize outreach performance
