Responsibilities & Context

We are actively recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible to play a pivotal role in driving our sales and marketing efforts. His/her responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, all aimed at expanding our business and maximizing revenue.

  • Generate sales leads and set up meetings (online or offline) to introduce and acquire potential customers.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Create quotations, sales orders, and invoices based on customer requirements.
  • Accurately document sales orders, including quotations, orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Follow up on pending quotations and orders.
  • Collaborate with customers and the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service via various communication channels (phone, email, support ticket, chat, etc.).
  • Maintain up-to-date customer data in the system.
  • Analyze data and develop new marketing plans.
  • Track KPIs and work cross-functionally to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Run email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp.
  • Manage the company’s Facebook page, website’s knowledge base, announcement page, and social media platforms.
  • Identify potential social media marketing opportunities to increase social visibility, positive branding, and sales.
  • Create, develop, and edit online marketing content regularly.
  • Execute all digital marketing efforts, including Facebook Boosting, SEM/PPC, social media and web advertising (e.g., Google Ads), and email marketing.
  • Handle walk-in customers for office pick-up with a polite attitude.
  • Actively pursue and complete partner courses and certifications to enhance expertise in platforms such as Google, cPanel, Plesk, HubSpot, and other relevant tools.
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences.
  • Develop insights on customers, competitors, and market trends to identify new opportunities and mitigate business threats.
  • Input and track leads in established WHMCS and CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Complete any assigned tasks by the line manager on time.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Study our offered services and collaborate with the team to achieve the company’s ultimate success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and evaluate sales options.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver on revenue and sales targets.
