Job Context :

Deep Sea Fishers Limited is a business leader in seafood business sector in Bangladesh, renowned for commitment to sustainability, quality, and innovation. We have both local and overseas customers. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will join an existing management team who are all focused on growing their existing business and identifying new business opportunities and product lines.

The ideal applicant for this managerial position will be based in Chattogram.

Responsibilities :

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand market reach and achieve sales targets nationwide.
• Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, both in Bangladesh and overseas, including negotiating contracts and partnerships.
• Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to inform business decisions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and clients, to foster long-term partnerships and enhance the market.
• Focus on strategic, cross-industry applications for marine products with a strong ROI focus.
