• Proven ability to independently manage buyer relationships, build trust, and understand buyer demands.
• Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Willingness to work initially on a commission basis, with the potential for a fixed salary based on buyer acquisition performance.
• Initially, this position will be commission-based. You will earn a percentage of each sale closed through your efforts.
• Once you secure a buyer, your role will transition into a fixed salary position with additional performance incentives.

About Us:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager with 15-20 years of expertise in the apparel and clothing sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in handling international buyers directly, with extensive experience in communication and negotiation. This role will initially be commission-based, with the opportunity for a fixed salary after securing key buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source and establish new buyer relationships with clients in the USA, Italy, Germany, France, Europe, and North America.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with the company’s growth targets.
• Engage directly with buyers to manage and fulfill their specific requirements, ensuring high-quality service.
• Foster long-term relationships with buyers through strong communication, timely updates, and professional handling of all queries.
• Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Prepare detailed buyer profiles and market insights to support effective decision-making.
• Participate in negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both buyers and the company.
• Represent the company in international forums, exhibitions, and industry events to connect with potential buyers.
