Responsibilities & Context
The Objectives of this role:
The objective of this role is to support the Group CEO to ensure the business performance & growth of designated business units against the annual business plan, monitoring & taking corrective actions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Also supports taking the right decisions based on performance & SWOT analysis, and industry growth through data analysis.
- Business development & delivery of the Group’s Strategy and Business Plan focused on financial gain.
- Arranging business development with prospective clients and maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, contributing to efficient communication and facilitating collaboration across the organization in the direction and guidance of the Group CEO.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings as needed. Manage and respond to a variety of correspondence.
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to respective departments of SBU’s.
- Use Financial techniques to improve sales revenue.
- Track all business information for decision-making.
