Qualifications & Experience:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in an architecture firm or Engineering Firm, interior design, and construction projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred).
Strong skills in office and team management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and partners.
Strong problem-solving ability with a positive and proactive mindset.
Fluency in both English and Bengali is essential.

Conduct client meetings and generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with companies and partners to ensure sales and service delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards.
Prepare regular reports and keep management informed of the latest developments.
