Responsibilities & Context

• Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the food court.
• Develop strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new food vendors and brands to enhance the food court’s offerings.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential partners.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with new vendors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and stakeholders.
• Provide support and assistance to vendors to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure the food court operates efficiently and meets health and safety standards.
• Oversee vendor compliance with food court policies and guidelines.
• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to achieve business objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, if applicable.
