- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Formulate strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and improve market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
