Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Senior Manager with extensive knowledge of the power industry in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with various power and energy sectors, including handling tenders, forming partnerships, leading local/foreign projects, and providing exceptional service. Strong connections with relevant authorities are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the power industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, partnerships, and service contracts.
- Secure regular business to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Partnership Development:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key players in the power and energy sectors.
- Identify potential partners and negotiate agreements to enhance the company’s market position.
- Service Excellence:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality services to clients in the power industry.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly and effectively.
- Networking and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government and private authorities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our interests.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to support decision-making.
