Responsibilities & Context
- Performance management of team members & take appropriate measures improve productivity
- Communicate market related information with the senior management on time to time
- Plan and allocate manpower based on business forecasting & performance
- Proper planning for achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly targets
- Ensure delightful customer service to all customers
- Ensure Compliance with relevant processes
- Develop competitor awareness to assess the extent to which Bank’s products and services in SME Segment are competitive as compared to competitor
- Regular Team engagement for increasing employee motivation & productivity
