Mega Deals Limited is a dynamic live car auction platform revolutionizing the way people buy and sell vehicles in Bangladesh. Established with the vision of creating a seamless and transparent car purchasing experience, Mega Deals Limited partners with reputable car showrooms to bring a diverse inventory of used, reconditioned, and brand-new vehicles to our online auction platform.

 

Job Context:

Are you good at planning and growing business? Do you understand the automotive industry and are well-versed in digital marketing? If yes, we want you on our team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Analyze current and past e-commerce market, automotive/automobile industry to provide strategies to identify new business opportunities and sources of outbound B2B + B2C sales along with the lead funnel.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with strategic partners, automobile agents and channel partners such as service professionals, e-business platforms to expand our company’s reach and drive mutual business growth.
  • Business Proposal Creation and Execution: Develop and execute business collaboration plans based on dynamic market insights. Create effective business proposals to approach the industry players.
  • Identify and Target Prospective Customer-Base for Outbound B2B Sales: Utilize international market research, networking, and other lead-generation techniques to identify and target potential customer.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about the Bangladeshi and international automotive trends, competitor activities, and online market developments to identify new opportunities, reach prospective inbound and outbound B2B + B2C sales, comprehend lead funnel and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships with Partnered Client: Develop and nurture strong relationships with B2B partners in Bangladesh’s e-commerce industry to understand their business needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with new and existing potential Customers to ensure their needs are fulfilled through our efficacious consultation for successful conversion.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to management.
  • Team Building and Training: Provide training and mentoring to a team of business development and sales professionals offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Promotion and Establishment: Focus on developing and maintaining the brand identity of Mega Deals Ltd. by creating consistent awareness and knowledge about the company’s’ partnered showroom and services to understand our potential customer mindset and their decision-making for the purchase process.
