Uttaran Communities Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for update and monitor business activities, ensuring effective result, analysis, and report.

Location: Tala, Satkhira

Job Summary:

The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving the company’s growth and market expansion. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze competitors, market conditions, and customer needs to develop strategic plans.
  • Lead Generation:
  • As per the market research
  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including networking and attending industry events.
  • Qualify and prioritize leads to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

4. Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager/Director to develop and execute business development plans.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development performance, including key metrics and achievements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business strategies.
