Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Candidates having professional certifications in the related field will get preferences.
• Candidates with Master’s Degree/MBA in Marketing will get preference.

Experience

• 5 to 10 years

Responsibilities & Context

The Christian Cooperative Credit Union Limited, Dhaka is looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Development Officer for our Security Service Project for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to expand the company’s reach and potential customer pipeline. This position will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s security service project-based marketing campaigns and plays an important role in developing marketing strategies and implementing effective safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
• Contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies.
• Promoting the company’s existing services and introducing customized services to the market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics.
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
• Manages and trains security guards.
• Hires and onboards new security guards.
• Presents security improvement plans to executives.
• Ensures that the team follows security and privacy laws and standards.
• Having a desire to keep learning new marketing strategies by knowing their customers and markets.
• Understanding the organization’s competitors and make strategies based on this competition.
• Setting clear and actionable goals.
• Ability and mindset of fulfilling the target.
• Any other responsibility given by Management.
