Job Description:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Analyze current and past study abroad market, international immigration policy changes, and foreign university admission procedures to provide strategies to identify new business opportunities and sources of outbound B2B sales along with the lead funnel.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with strategic partners, education agents and channel partners such as academic professionals, education counsellors and educational institutions like universities, colleges, vocational training centres, coaching providers, e-learning platforms and language instructors to expand our company’s reach and drive mutual business growth.
  • Business Proposal Creation and execution: Develop and execute business collaboration plans based on dynamic market insights. Create effective business proposals to approach the education industry influencers, which will include educators but are not limited to, academic professionals, education counsellors and educational institutions like universities, colleges, vocational training centers, coaching providers, e-learning platforms and language instructors.
  • Identify and Target Prospective Student-base for Outbound B2B Sales: Utilize international education market research, networking, and other lead-generation techniques to identify and target potential students who can benefit from Fly Scholars’ educational consultation and admission support.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about the Bangladeshi and international education industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities, reach prospective inbound and outbound B2B sales, comprehend lead funnel and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships with Partnered Clientele: Develop and nurture strong relationships with B2B partners, sub-agents, influencers, sponsors and investors in Bangladesh’s education industry to understand their business needs.
  • Applicants/Students Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with new and existing potential applicants/students to ensure their needs are fulfilled through our effectual consultation for successful conversion.
  • Applicants/Students Recruitment and Conversion: Work closely with the leads conversion and admission team to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for lead tracking, fostering long-term relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction for brand establishment.
  • Lead Conversion Ratio Management: Manage the student application pipeline effectively with the admission team, including accurate forecasting, tracking of leads (potential students) and opportunities, and timely follow-up to ensure a consistent flow of business.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to management.
  • Team Building and Training: Provide training and mentoring to a team of business development and sales professionals offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Investor Relations: Upheld the effectual image of Fly Scholars to potential investors, campaign stakeholders and business leaders for brand promotion and generate mutual business progression. Reach out to digital marketers and social media influencers for advertising campaigns.
  • Brand Promotion and Establishment: Focus on developing and maintaining the brand identity of Fly Scholars by creating consistent awareness and knowledge about Fly Scholars’ partnered universities and services to understand our potential students’ mindset and their decision-making for the admission application process. This may include presenting ideas to prospective students and clients, creating competitive reviews, and identifying challenges and opportunities that communicate Fly Scholars’ core values, mission, and vision to its target audience.
