Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in business development, research, or similar roles.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to support company growth.
Prepare detailed project profiles and proposals for new initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
Prepare day-to-day reports and performance updates for the Manager.
Support strategic planning with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Assist in coordination with internal teams for project execution.
