• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Languages Required: Bengali & English].
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously (phone, chat, email).
• Proficiency in online tools, chat systems, and CRM platforms.
• High typing speed with accuracy (preferred for chat & email support).
• Expert on MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS & Android) for tech-related inquiries.

Responsibilities & Context

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to support company growth.

• Prepare detailed project profiles and proposals for new initiatives.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.

• Prepare day-to-day reports and performance updates for the Manager.

• Support strategic planning with data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Assist in coordination with internal teams for project execution.
