Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• English-medium background preferred.
• An IELTS score of 6+ is an advantage but not mandatory.

Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the U.S. property preservation industry (required).
• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership skills and confidence in public speaking.
• Freshers can apply only with high English fluency or English medium background

We are seeking a business development officer to join our team. Night shift job 7 PM-4PM.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and portals.
• Manage, assign, and track work orders with strong attention to detail.
• Source, onboard, and monitor vendors; ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Communicate regularly with vendors, supporting them with documentation and payment processes.
• Maintain the vendor database and track performance.
