Requirements
Education

Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
At least 7 years experiences in business development, sales and marketing within the handicraft or ecofriendly product.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in microsoft office suite and CRM software.
Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
Ability to identify and capitalize new business opportunities.
Experience on processing and receiving business legal entities, their rewards and receiving clearance from the respective authorities.
Responsibilities & Context
Develop and implement sales strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving revenue growth.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients and lucrative business opportunities within the handicraft and eco-friendly product sectors.
Design and implement robust sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing company sales targets.
Monitor and supervise the Products with required standard and quality.
Identify, target and engage potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers and individual customers, to expand our market.
Promote products with digital campaigns through online and social media marketing platforms and also through trade shows.
Develop and manage both B2B and B2C sales channels.
Cultivate and sustain strong, long-lasting relationship with clients.
Maintain close contact and liaison with different business outlets and market platforms.
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure product availability and uphold quality standards.
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, feedback and market trends.
