Education

Masters in any discipline or, BBA/ MBA (Marketing) from reputed public or private university.

Experience

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Real Estate, Developer

Additional Requirements

Fresh graduate may apply for commission based selling.
Experience is not mandatory but candidate those who have some experience will get permanent.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing, Brand Promotion, Customer Support/Client Service, Market Survey, Corporate Marketing, Tele Marketing/mail marketing/Direct marketing/digital Marketing.
Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.
Good command in English both oral and written.

Must be target oriented, able to work as a active team member.
Coordinating with other team members.
Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
Build a strong relationship with the customer.
Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
The incumbent must have experience & capability to sell apartments. / Resort & Hotel shares located at Inani beach.
Carry out competitive sales Analyses, market survey, and analysis business activities.
Visit different organization/work sites for developing business relation and creating new customers.
Create sales and marketing reports to Manger and executive management.
Maintaining strong relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
