Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain regular communication with distributors and establish new ones according to policy guidelines
- Continuously assess the strengths and weaknesses of distributors. Facilitate the development of distributors
- Foster strong communication with colleagues and other stakeholders
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all WALTON & MARCEL brand products and update dealers accordingly
- Conduct product promotions through distributors
- Regularly visit distributor showrooms and warehouses
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
- Generate necessary reports as per departmental requirements
