“OCODE Digital GO TO MARKET STRATEGY” is our new theme as we transition our clothing business from a marketplace to a market space.

We are seeking a talented and ambitious New Business Development Manager or Business Manager to spearhead the establishment of our online business segment focusing on the sale of official clothing, particularly blazers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for fashion, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record in driving growth and expansion in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan for the online clothing venture, including market research, branding, pricing, and sales strategies
  • Lead and manage a team of designers, developers, marketers, and customer service agents to deliver a high-quality and user-friendly online platform
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience. Implement best practices in website design, navigation, and functionality to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
  • Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through creative and innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers, and negotiate contracts and deals
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Set ambitious sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them. Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue generation.
  • Analyze and monitor the performance and profitability of the online clothing venture, and identify and implement opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and industry standards and best practices
