Responsibilities & Context
- Communicate effectively in English with customers.
- Manage merchandising and ensure customers requirements are met.
- Coordinate with the Planning, Quality, Product Development, and Production teams.
- Oversee shipment procedures in alignment with buyer expectations.
- Work closely with Buying QC and lead the factory team efficiently to reach goal.
- Ensure all operations comply with buyer standards and requirements.
