Education

• University of Dhaka,IBA, Dhaka University,BRAC University,North South University,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Business Operations and Development Manager.

Position Overview:

The Business Operations and Development Manager will play a critical role in managing and expanding our business. This individual will be responsible for coordinating daily business activities, exploring new business opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring the financial health of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT knowledge, exceptional presentation skills. Candidate with an engineering background is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Coordination: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our current business.
• Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities. Conduct feasibility studies and assess potential investments.
• IT Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest IT trends and integrate them into our business processes.
• Financial Review: Regularly review and analyze the financial health of the business. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, both verbal and written, to various stakeholders.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a smart and professional appearance.
• Communication: Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Engineering Expertise: Utilize your background in engineering to enhance our project development and execution.
