Education
Four-year graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record
Additional Requirements
- Must have experience in working in the financial services industry (especially with incentive structure)
- Preference would be given to candidates with experience in Deposit Acquisition
- Excellent computer operation skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Proficient in customer centricity, team player and capability to meet deadlines

BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Distribution Network Division:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire new business of Deposit, New Customers, Asset, Cards etc.
- Achieve monthly targets & ensure retention of portfolio/customer
- Onboard profitable customer relationship and new-to-bank customers
- Maintain relationship with the customers and other important stakeholders
- Ensure high quality services to the stakeholders
- Manage the PAR & NPL of the own portfolio
