Identifying new and impactful business opportunities, and partnerships, and creating and expanding new markets for the organization.
Strategy Development: Creating and implementing strategies to drive business growth and foster innovation.
Market Research: Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Project Management: Leading projects that introduce new products, services, or processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with partners, clients, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
Innovation: Encouraging and managing innovation within the company, including exploring new technologies and business models.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking the performance of new initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed.
Assist the Senior Management Team and business units in identifying business opportunities by researching, analyzing, and scoping both existing and new business ideas
Prepare business plans and proposals to present to philanthropic and government institutions
Develop a framework around the existing consulting arm of the organization and determine new opportunities to monetize consulting services
Support the Senior Manager to execute and track the business growth strategy
