Desirable / Essential experience / qualifications:

§You’ll be able to understand and speak fluently in Bangla and English, to be able to support our Bengali speaking customers is highly desirable

§ Experience in a consumer facing role

§ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

As the Business Support Manager, you will be primarily responsible for leading the customer service function maintaining customer relationships, workflow efficiency, problem prevention and continuous improvement of operations.

Main duties / responsibilities include:

•Oversees the activities of other workers.

• Communicate and Support the team with administrative duties including record keeping and reporting .

• Coordinate with Client, Lenders and other supporting teams for Service Processing and after support.

• Hires, trains, and evaluates new employees

• Ensures that a company or department is on track to meet its financial goals

• Reports to other executives or to the owner directly

• Any other duties as requested from time to time
